Using the website
FungiAI Games provides free browser games for personal entertainment. You may play the games, share a link to the website and use normal browser accessibility features. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security, automate abusive traffic or use the service in a way that harms other visitors.
Game availability and progress
Games may be improved, replaced or temporarily unavailable while maintenance is performed. Locally saved scores and preferences are not guaranteed to remain available because they depend on the player's browser storage. FungiAI Games is not responsible for progress lost after browser data is cleared, a device is replaced or private browsing ends.
Ownership
The FungiAI name, site design, original game code, artwork and written guides are protected content belonging to their respective owner or licensor. Playing a game does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, repackage, resell or present the games as your own without permission.
Advertising and external services
Advertising may be supplied by Google AdSense or another disclosed provider. An advertisement is not an endorsement by FungiAI Games. Any purchase, account or interaction on an advertiser's website is between the visitor and that third party.
Appropriate play
Age guidance on a game card is a practical description rather than an official content rating. Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding whether a game is suitable for a younger player. Do not use names or text in local leaderboard features that are abusive, unlawful or reveal private information.
