Player help

Get back to your game.

Start with the symptom below. Restarting or clearing browser data can lose progress, so try the smaller checks first.

The controls do not respond

Start the game from its opening screen and check that it is not paused. On a computer, click inside the game so keyboard input reaches it. On a phone, use the game’s own buttons rather than the browser’s navigation controls. Some games require holding two controls together, such as Gas and steering in Midnight Velocity.

Read the guide for your selected game; keyboard controls are different between titles. A TV remote may not provide the simultaneous directional and action inputs a game needs. Connect an appropriate keyboard or pointer where supported.

The game is too small or the buttons are cut off

Use Fullscreen above the player. When native fullscreen is unavailable, the site expands the same player within the browser window; the browser bars may remain visible. Use Exit in the toolbar or Escape to return to the page.

Pause before rotating a phone, turn off the device’s rotation lock if needed, and release any held buttons before resuming. Return browser zoom to its normal setting if the layout is cropped. Changing view should not restart the session; the separate Restart control does.

A game is blank or running slowly

Allow the initial game files to load, then try another game to distinguish a connection problem from a single title’s problem. Close other demanding tabs and use an up-to-date browser. Real-time 3D games depend on your device’s graphics support, so performance can differ from the simpler puzzle games.

If you need to reload, finish or abandon the current run first. Reloading can discard an unfinished score. Repeatedly clearing all browser storage is not a performance fix and can remove saved progress.

Where did my score go?

Most saved preferences and best scores belong to the browser where you played. A private browsing session, another device or cleared storage can start a fresh record.

Train Track Odyssey uses a server profile linked to a first-party browser cookie. Its leaderboard total is based on your best result for each level, not the sum of every replay. Practice and the demo do not submit scores. Keep the same browser cookie to continue your profile; there is no email-and-password sign-in for restoring it on another device.

Include the game name, device and browser, portrait or landscape view, what you tapped, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot showing the issue helps. Do not post passwords, cookies, account details or other private information. For a content correction, include the page link and the sentence that needs checking.
